The Y prides itself in offering you diverse, effective, and fun class programming. We take great care in ensuring that we offer classes that appeal to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re a senior, teen, serious athlete, or new to group exercise–we promise to have something that inspires your motivation to move!

Standard group exercise classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Group Cycle, Cardio Kick Boxing, Pilates, Water Fitness, and Strength Train Together are FREE to Y members.  Most classes welcome drop-ins, however specialty classes are fee-based and require pre-registration

Group Exercise
Motivating, enthusiastic, and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
Mind and Body Classes
Focusing improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus. Mind and Body classes provide a relaxed atmosphere to relieve stress and feel great.
Active Older Adult Classes
The Y has fitness classes specifically designed for older adults. They give participants an opportunity to stay physically active or in some cases, to overcome their fear of exercise and begin being physically active.
Small Group Training
Using top of the line equipment and popular workout programs, Specialty Classes combine the perks of personal training with the benefit of the cost for being part of a small group.
